<span class="mainbody">AUTOLOGOUS PLATELET RICH PLASMA, PLATELET GEL AND BONE MARROW-DERIVED STEM CELL THERAPIES</span></strong></p>
<p class="mainbody">We produce platelet rich plasma, platelet gel and adult, concentrated stem cell products for soft and hard (bone) tissue injuries in human and veterinary medicine with clinical applications in surgical specialties such as cardiac; oral-maxillofacial; plastic and reconstructive; ear, nose and throat; general surgery; neurosurgery; urology; orthopedics and wound care. Our products are produced <u>on site</u> at the time of the medical or surgical procedure. Patients donate the cells for processing and receive them back for treatment during a single office visit or surgical procedure. Less than an hour from when the platelets and/or stem cells are collected from the patient, autologous platelet and/or stem cell concentrates are ready for delivery to the patient's injury or wound site. These important cells are out of the body for only a minimal time before they are re-implanted back into the patient, resulting in a high-quality, <u>FRESH</u> product. This is imperative for maximizing cell viability and successful healing through the use of these technologies.

<p class="mainbody">Perfusion Concepts, Inc. offers cardiopulmonary bypass services for cardiac surgical procedures and circulatory support for other organ systems, blood conservation techniques for cardiac and non-cardiac high blood loss surgeries, ventricular support, extracorporeal membrane oxygenation, point-of-care blood gas/blood chemistry analysis, anticoagulation and hemostasis monitoring/analysis, induction and reversal of hypothermia/hyperthermia and administration of medications, anesthetic agents and blood components through the heart-lung machine.</p>
<p class="mainbody"><strong>BLOOD RESOURCE MANAGEMENT</strong></p>
<p class="mainbody">Blood conservation techniques are implemented that enhance patient outcomes through the judicious use of blood and blood products with the objective of minimizing or avoiding allogeneic (donor) blood transfusions.</p>
